We were having the house that we’re buying inspected. Upstairs there is a door that leads to an unfinished area that is stubbed out for an additional bathroom. After having inspected it, I went back to take pictures with my camera. A board placed across the trusses gave way and there I was, hanging on the beam between my legs!
After running a quick self-diagnostic (yes, the family jewels are ok), the first thing I could think of was:
"Marjon! Quick! Get the camera, we may as well have some fun out of this!"
There was one minor casualty… The mount on my Canon Speedlite 580EX flash broke off of the camera. I suppose that can be repaired by Canon. The Camera itself is fine after a simple external cleaning.
