My parents also have bats in their roof tiles. Is there no other way to get
rid of the bats, other than to wait for them to migrate for a while and put
in obstructions on the tiles?

S Figueroa · September 12, 2014 at 4:33 AM

They probably went to the house across the street. lmao eewwww

drrjim · September 12, 2014 at 4:44 AM

Ray Bans · September 12, 2014 at 5:03 AM

what happens if they bite you?

tgbluesky · September 12, 2014 at 5:49 AM

Was the roof being replaced only due to the bats? Typically a clay tile
roof should last for many years.

Allacra · September 12, 2014 at 6:34 AM

Were they replacing the roof for a bat-proof roof? Poor little critters 🙁
I hope they found a better home…a proper home for bats!

TenouHaruka0 · September 12, 2014 at 7:15 AM

I hope the workers and residents all got their rabies shots!

D3IK34N · September 12, 2014 at 7:56 AM

One the men said they crawl like la cucarachas (idk how to spell it)

LadyKpsu · September 12, 2014 at 9:21 AM

This is so cool! I think it’s so great the guys didn’t hurt the bats but I
wish they had relocated them properly. If they don’t put a different kind
of roof on, the bats will be back since they didn’t relocate them with a
professional. That neighborhood probably had no bugs (all bats in that area
are insect eating bats) – that’s great. And lucky for those guys most bats
don’t have rabies (despite what people think less than 1% have it). It must
have been awesome to see them fly out each night!

asgjdafghesyusgf · September 12, 2014 at 10:01 AM

I bet that smelled awesome.
